Welcome to NosOasis (https://nosoasis.online). By registering an account, downloading the client, or accessing our web shop and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Digital Goods & Virtual Currency (NosCoins)
NosOasis provides virtual goods and in-game currency ("NosCoins") for entertainment purposes inside our custom gaming server. Purchases made through authorized payment processors (including Cryptomus) are for non-exclusive, non-transferable virtual licenses.
- Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged back for fiat currency or cash equivalents.
- Purchased items and virtual currency are digitally credited to the user's account immediately upon payment confirmation.
3. Payment Processing & Delivery
Payments are securely processed by authorized third-party gateways (including Cryptomus crypto payments). Upon successful transaction confirmation on the blockchain / gateway network, NosCoins are automatically and instantaneously delivered to your NosOasis account wallet.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the immediate digital delivery nature of virtual game currency and digital assets:
- All completed digital transactions are generally final once virtual coins or items have been consumed in-game.
- Unconsumed Currency Refunds: If you made an accidental purchase or experienced a payment discrepancy, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date, provided the purchased NosCoins have not been spent or traded.
- Technical Delivery Failures: In the rare event that a confirmed payment fails to credit your account due to technical error, our support team will manually credit the purchased amount or issue a full refund upon verification.
5. Account Security & Conduct
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. The use of malicious exploits, bots, or unauthorized payment chargebacks is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
